How to install google adsense on WordPress?

I have a wordpress blog through a host of others. I was told that I can install google adsense on it but I have no idea how. Anyone know how to do this?

As others have said the poster, the choice a theme that is ready AdSense is the easy way. There are plugins like Ad Manager (free) that will help with placing ads as well. AdSense can be put directly into a text-widget and appear in your sidebar, you can add it by hand to individual items (less desirable) Or Finally, you can add it directly in the model (less desirable) Seriously, the proposal to use YouTube (or just Googling for help) is very good.
