On the panel there was a man the ACLU, and he said (I paraphrase) that the key to overturning the laws as in Hazenltons and other cities who wanted to apply their own laws has been the bankruptcy of these cities, that way more of CITES would not pass laws against illegal immigrants because they could not bare the cost of defending them. Then he laughed and said proudly that he had much pleasure in the pursuit Hazentons. I think he loved helping overthrow the laws that people wanted for their well-being, while costing them a fortune. He also said the practice of not calling illegal by name in law suits should be considered. I'm only guessing but do you think that the use of John Doe might be a reason for a new trial
