Any free online business card design assist programs?

It’s time for me to finally start passing out business cards. I’d like to do some trick artwork and personally design them and then give the link (or whatever) to a local company to duplicate and whip me out some cards.
I’ve never done this before and I’m not very competent with computers, user friendly programs are a must.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
