Commercial fraud and online purchases card check?

Ok, I was dumb and did not check on the case BBB site or even sites review of the company, but I'm about 99% sure I lost a lot of money on a purchase made by the through a potentially fraudulent website. Well, maybe they exist, as a person who reviewed the site said he finally received his order, but all other tests have indicated that they never received their purchases. Anyway, I went one step and used Dumber a credit card to make the purchase. Is it possible that I can have my money returned to me without having to ask their customer service for a refund? I already planning to file reports with all the BBB, local police and the Office of the Attorney General. Now I just want to recover my money. If anyone knows how to work with Bank of America to do this, I would really appreciate the help. Thank you!

I'm about to sound like a business, but your Visa card gives you $ 0 liability for fraudulent transactions. It works just like a credit card ordinary. In fact, by law you are only responsible for first $ 50, but even that is thrown on your Visa card to Bank of America. There is a toll free number on the back of your credit card. Call this number and follow the instructions. Inform the CSR About the fraudulent transaction and they will take care of everything. Wow, it really looks like a blatant plug for Visa. I feel so dirty now.
