Can anyone help me here information on starting a small business online? What steps should I take?

I want to start selling exotic knives, daggers, swords, blades and collectors. I would like to start an online store that offers a shopping cart, PayPal check out, etc. with Yahoo Small Business. I'm new on this issue.
