I have a project to make the marketing strategy for a software company small. That's why I need to do Swot analysis. SWOT analysis is a simple basic model that ensures management and serves as a basis for developing marketing plans. you feel the pain …. I had to do the same thing a few years ago in college. I did it on a local company in my college town. You do not know what you are talking, but if it helps, it is enough to meet the owner of the company, obtain his goals / vision now, look at their mission statement, and build your business. Many of your responses to the SWOT analysis can be found in 30-minute conversation with the owner … then it's just a matter of putting together. Like a jigsaw puzzle. I hope it helps.
