Personal Loan & Credit Card Loan?

I had credit card loan from SBI Bank & Personal Loan from Barclay bank, everything running was very nice up to 2 years i am re-paying the loan amount without any single cheque bounce until last year december 2009. Now I could not pay anymore because I last my job & SOLD out my home and shifted somewhere else because bank people are disturbing us very much to collect their dues. I need a best suggestion to get out of this trouble, because I feel like quiting my life, I have kids to look after.
The amount that I invested in to City Limouzine India Ltd. This company has been shutdown for doing fraud business my money also gone will not be able to recover from them. Please help and give best idea through a lawyer to get out of this terrible trouble. Thank you, all

skh, so sorry to hear about you tough financial condition that you are going thru. I can understand the stress level that it will produce on you and will put u in the -ive cycle of emotions.
Dear, we all go thru tough period in life.. but best thing is that they don’t last long..and eventually get over. And life moves on.

I am sure, u would have realised the impact of wrong finanical decision that u took in the past. And learned the lesson in hard way. So don’t forget these lessons and commit to take right decision from here onward. Take charge of your life, and findout the alternatives that are possible, evaluate them and take action. For God’s sake, don’t blindly jump into another Loan to clear this mess.

If you have lost the job, then do search for new job, see if your wife can also find some source of earning and help your family in coming back on track. Keep open mind and you will be surprised how many types of other jobs you can do, not just the job that you got based on your education.

If you have sold your house, then u might be having extra cash in your hand. Use that to clean up part of your outstanding loan, talk to the bank and explain them the situation. Call them from public booth and talk to right person. They will be able to consider the case and give some kind of waiver as long as they see that case is genuine.

And going forward, do come out with proper plan on how to clear your debt and get the financial life on track. Do your best and try to get some job, interact with some lively people who can support you and give u confidence. And do not loose confidence in yourself. Read about Positive mental attitude, read about people who have fought the adversity and came out as great winner. Do whatever is possible to keep your moral high and attitude POSITIVE.
