GCC? Does it really pay for college, or just a scam?

There is a group called GCC (I only know that the first C stands for College and G is the last group) that says if we pay them $ 1200, they will help me $ 60,000 in scholarships and money without pay for college. It looks good, but when I say, it sounds like a scam. My grandparents will not give me information about it (as its name integer) so I can watch with Better Business Bureau. I fear that this could be a scam, and they lie, and normally, if it sounds too good to be true, it is, but I need that. I need help if this all sounds familiar. Their motto is "Start school in the right meaning. "and they said they are working outside the building in New York IRA. Please help!

Believe me, it's a scam. Legitimate organizations that offer financial assistance / scholarships / grants do for free. If this is a company that provides services in the location you grants and scholarships they offer a service that you can do yourself without the $ 1,200 price tag.
