What is the name or prestige of a school subject?
I'm having some difficulties in implementing the collection of schools for the year next … I am a bit picky and really only found a school, I know for sure that I like, which is Wright State (I'm from Ohio). Really, I'm not 100% sure what I want to major in, but it will certainly be some kind of business or marketing. I always had a strong GPA … around 3.9-4.0 with a weighted classes … and my ACT scores were high enough to enter a "best" school, but I'm not sure I want. My parents tell me once I graduate and enter the "real world" a degree from a school like the University Oxford or Miami of Ohio Northern will get me much further in my job search a degree from Wright State. They are full of it?
A university named best can help in your job search, but what matters most is how you do and what you do. By example, a marketing firm wants to hire someone would probably choose somebody with a strong GPA and a major market Wright State on a major English with an average 1.2 from Harvard. The prestige of the school is not relevant when you consider the major and the weighted average the student. I would look into the career services options Wright State and see if they will be able to help you find a job or internship when the time comes. Compare career services for career services at Miami or Ohio Northern – your parents will probably be interested. In addition, since it seems that you are in Ohio, perhaps considering the state of Ohio. Their undergraduate program Business is very classy and they have a strong career services office. (I worked there for a year.)
