business names search new york
I can’t find a job. Graduated college last may. Either I am over qualified or underqualified. what should i do

So basically I have been searching for work since I graduated in May 2006. I search Hotjobs, CareerBuilder, Monster, NYTimes, Entertainment Careers, Craigslist, you name it. I have interviewed with top companies such as The Street and Ascap but have been finding no success finding a job. Are there other resources I should look into? I am a music business major, interned and held an executive board member position at my college radio station but it seems when I apply for positions either I am told I am overqualified or underqualified. It seems no one wants to hire a college grad yet I am constantly asked why i havent been working. I think it’s obvious too little jobs too many people and I live in New York where many people from different areas are applying. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

The internet is the worst place to find a job man
best places contacts friends, and family your college career office.
pick a company u like and call them up better yet go in there and ask for human resoures. Or just take a internship of no paid job just to get in the door and work at like part-time somelse to pay the bills.
