Business Registration Law?
I have a technical consultation business in Singapore. I am presently staying with my son in Arizona as a visitor. I need to use my son’s apartment address on my website, business card etc for a limited time to receive my correspondence.
Do I need a business license in Arizona to do so? I will not conduct any business activities nor any financial transactions pertaining to my business while in Arizona.
If you aren’t processing payments, recieving cash or operating a business you are fine.
