Why do we let the media exaggerate the truth and get away with it?
It’s clear if they don’t sensationalize world events, then they don’t sell papers…. they are in a business to sell advertising by selling papers. The more papers they sell the more they can charge a business to adverise in thier newspaper….
Can anyone out there see that they don’t have our society in our best intrest?
Absolutely, well done, the fact that media profit comes from advertising is overlooked by most people.
The media are supposed to ‘report’ news, however in recent (30yrs?) they have been making it!
Public interest? best interest?………Their interests!
