If someone posts a negative and damaging your business on Google is not true that I can continue?
My Company is listed on google and there is a place to leave a review of my services. Someone posted a really nasty review and fabricated. The scenario has never happened and I think they did it to hurt my business. What recourse do I have? Can I go to a prosecutor district or place and to sue for defamation? I stumbled by accident on the examination and was sent July 29, 2009. My Company was slower than usual this summer. Can I sue for loss of business?
