Once you have found the right exercise program, you will want to decrease your calorie and fat intake in order to start reducing the accumulation of more fat on your buttock. You can decrease your calorie intake gradually until you start seeing a noticeable reduction in their size. With the combined exercises and the reduced calorie intake, your behind should start to be firmer and rounder. By decreasing your calorie and get busy with your training, you’ll notice that your thighs and your hip muscles are getting tighter with a lesser amount of fat in these areas.
One of the best exercises that you can do is the pelvic lift. It is an excellent exercise for the buttock and it is easy to do while producing great results. Choose a nice and quiet area in the house where you can lay flat on your back with your knees bent. With the bent knees, gently lift your buttocks off the floor and hold it in that position for about 6 to 10 seconds. Go back down and repeat the process for another 3 or 4 more times.
That kind of exercise may not seem hard at first, but I can guarantee you that after 5 to 6 repetitions, you will start to feel it and you would have lost buttock fat at the same time. Next for a total body exercise and fully developed buttock, you’ll add some squats. It doesn’t have to be heavy, since the squat is an all over toner exercise. You will also have to start eating a diet of protein, low fat and some carbohydrates. Eating chicken, and white eggs, fish, lots of fruits and vegetables. Drinking lots of water will also help in getting rid of the fat.
How to properly do the squat is to simply stand up with your feet apart, shoulder width. Then you proceed to go down as if sitting on a chair, keeping your back as straight as possible. Your head should be facing straight ahead. When you have gone as low as you can, slowly come back up pushing up with your legs. By combining some easy pelvic lifts and squats, your buttocks will be as firm as you’ve never had in your life.
