How can I get more members for my Small Business Community Forum?

Hello everyone. I recently started a small business / Work community forum host http://www.companydreams.com. It is for those looking to start their own business those who have a company willing to share their ideas, and those who seek to learn from paid surveys, selling on ebay, paid per click, freelance, and thousands of other profit opportunities online. I have already submitted to the forum to search engines and affiliate links tried a little. We already have some great members and growing community, but I'm not sure what to do to promote it. I am currently using both Google AdWords and Yahoo SearchMarket. Please share some advice and feel free to PM me on the forum with your comments. People must have a very good reason to come because there are already as networks of small online businesses including major sites like www.ryze.com which is loaded with them. So you have to offer something a little different or better than the other guy. You must offer something that is worthwhile to click away from their favorite social networking site and it's yours. I suggest going to sites where people enjoy networking online and they are business owners. Contribute to their son, then at the bottom of each message you add a PS with a concise written request and a link to your network. Blog and ping your blog http://www.PingOMatic.com increase traffic.
