reviews business card printing
I am a critic, and must find sneaky ways to advertise…?

I am an undercover critic, and need to find good, inexpensive ways to advertise. I know the normal ones… business cards, signs on side of car, joining the coc, yadda – yadda – yadda.

The thing is, my identity cannot be revealed. I have been sneaking my business cards where ever I can find to put them, and after I have done a review, I send the business a postcard telling them that they have been reviewed with a link to the review site. I also post all reviews on a neighborhood website, and they are going to publish some of my reviews in print.
I am only reviewing a specific town that I live in, with hopes to branch out and have a column in the local paper.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

Well, not my area of expertise, but if I were the editor of your local newspaper, my question would be how would you sell more papers.

That would boil down to what and how you write, along with presentation and style.

An acquaintance got his start by writing into the comments section to start. He said once he got people responding to his comments, it was only a short while before the magazine hired him.

As far as your identity is concerned, you will not be the first, nor the last critic who has hidden themselves from their audience, for what ever reason they felt necessary.

Hope this helps
