Texas fictitious name registration?
I know this may sound silly … but where do I file a DBA for my company name registered in Texas? Any related information is appreciated.
Yes, you file a form (provided to you at your local courthouse) and its DBA form stating that you will use this name for your business. You would go to another place for your tax ID number, but I think you must have the DBA documents before you can obtain your tax ID.
