Army Officer Candidate School Chances?

I have a bachelor's degree in business management with an average of 3.2 of one of the best universities Florida. I took my ASVAB and my AFQT was 89. I have a volunteer work under my belt, and im pretty sure ill be able to obtain strong letters of recommendation. I train very hard and I'm very active in crossfit well as running. Im condfident I can get the maximum score on army physical test. What are my chances of Army OCS, and how long the whole process take, starting with the making my package?
