How low can humans get?
In 2007, artist Guillermo Vargas Habacuc kept a dog into the arts gallery room and let it die slowly of hunger and thirst. Meanwhile, visitors looked at it and felt admiration towards the artist. Now, Biennale Centroamericana di Arte Asociation decided that what the artist did was art and proposed for this to happen again in 2008.

It is impossible for me to comprehend how people could perceive the death of an innocent animal as art..it’s utter ignorance and madness. Cruelty!

Petitions are generally useless! I am an animal lover and what this scumbag did deserves the same thing! Put GVH in a room without food and water and give him the same outcome! Then I’ll sign a petition to make certain scum like him get the same or better yet worse treatment!
